The top-mounted compressor on the 75ASL-R290 slanted ice merchandiser enables the unit to be set between 16 and 24 degrees Fahrenheit. The compressor, which has a protective cover to shield it from the outdoor elements, uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to cool the cabinet, while the auto-defrost system runs every four hours to prevent the walls and the evaporator coils from sustaining damage from freezing. The unit’s stucco-embossed interior features 21/2-inch insulation in the ceilings and 3-inch insulation in the floors. The steel doors are inset 2 inches to maintain temperature.
This 75ASL-R290 outdoor slanted ice merchandiser measures 94 inches wide by 351/2 inches deep by 681/2 inches high. Its precision-formed seams and steel construction provide durability and minimize moisture penetration. This merchandiser can hold (210) 7-pound bags, (82) 20-pound bags, or (165) 10-pound bags of ice.
