Leer L040UAGP Description
The interior of the Leer 40AG-R290 indoor ice merchandiser measures 40 cubic feet—enough space for (110) 7-pound bags, (85) 10-pound bags, or (42) 20-pound bags of ice, and the interior’s 21/2-inch ceiling insulation and 3-inch floor insulation ensures the ice remains at the ideal temperature range. This 30-inch deep by 761/2-inch structure fits a triple-pane glass door for additional temperature locking. The door’s aluminum door frame, spring-assisted hinges, and chrome-finished hardware offer a high-strength structure meant for continuous use in high-traffic locations. The exterior is made of all steel with a rust-resistant coat that maintains the unit’s white paint and eye-catching red decals.
When the Leer 40AG-R290 indoor ice merchandiser uses its automatic defrost system to reduce freezing to the evaporator’s coils, its recessed drain enables smooth water removal. The defrost takes place every four hours to reduce the need for constant maintenance. The unit’s top-placed compressor uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cooling, while the digital controls allow the temperature to be set between 16 and 24 degrees Fahrenheit.
