With 10 programable timers that can be manually configured or loaded up with a preset for frequent items, the Kitchen Brain TM0-60211-09 Meridian Plus multi-function timer is designed to maintain productivity and product quality in high-volume kitchens. A sizable LED screen can display as many as eight characters and can be paired with adjustable audio alerts to easily let kitchen staff know when a dish is ready to go out. Each timer comes equipped with replaceable menu strips to label presets accurately, while the plus model comes equipped with a library of product names and specific alarms to hasten the setup process. The Plus model also gets access to the SCK Link&Reg;, meaning it can upload timer data to a cloud server so said data can be analyzed later for the purpose of productivity management as well as HACCP reporting.
