The Kitchen Brains TM0-60211-08 Meridian multi-function timer is intended to boost productivity and cut down on wasted product by monitoring both cook and hold times. It has 10 programmable timers that can be manually set for each order or be connected to a timer associated with a high-volume item for a quick setup. It utilizes an LED display as well as audio queues to notify workers when a timer has finished. It can display as many as eight characters, making it simple to tell which timer is for which dish. Additionally, multiple hold timers can be linked together to form a chain of associated dishes, such as burgers and fries or steak and potatoes, and they're always being held together so one doesn't go bad while they wait on the other.
