To sense temperature changes and automatically adjust cook times for optimal food quality, the Kitchen Brains CX2-60221-01 FASTRON.® compensating computer includes two temperature probes. It features two large, eight-character LED displays to simplify monitoring and can be used in temperatures as high as 158 degrees Fahrenheit. For strength and longevity in fast-paced kitchens, it's made of corrosion-resistant aluminum with a polyester faceplate. Overall, this freestanding model measures 1717⁄50 inches wide by 743⁄50 inches deep by 787⁄100 inches high.
