Constructed of corrosion-resistant aluminum with a polyester faceplate, the Kitchen Brains CX1-60221-03 FASTRON.® compensating computer is durable enough for daily use in high-volume kitchens. A freestanding model, it features 18 product keys and two easy-to-view LED displays. This unit features programmable hold times and alarms, and to prevent unauthorized changes to these settings, it has separate passcodes for managers and employees. For monitoring temperature, this unit comes with a single probe, and in the case of temperature changes, this unit adjusts cook times automatically to ensure consistent and safe product.
