To withstand daily use in fast-paced kitchens, the Kitchen Brains 10ELECMERIDIAN2 FASTRON.® computer is safe to use in ambient temperatures as high as 158 degrees Fahrenheit and features a corrosion-resistant aluminum construction. Its replaceable menu strips are great for frequent menu changes, while its eight-character LED display is visible from across the room. To prevent unauthorized modifications, it features separate passcodes for staff and managers. Designed to monitor and automatically adjust cooking times, this freestanding unit includes two probes with mounts, one mounting kit, and a manual.
