The Excellence Industries HBD-10HC ice cream dipping cabinet has two sections with a display area and storage below it. In this display section, the unit accommodates (10) 3-gallon tubs, and the storage section holds an additional eight 3-gallon tubs. Can holders keep these tubs in place in the corrosion-resistant, painted steel interior, and the cabinet has LED lighting, which enhances ice cream presentation. Customers can see the different flavors through the heat-reflective lids.

It has casters, two of which lock in place to keep the freezer secure. The cold-wall evaporator system operates with lines embedded in the walls that move refrigerant, providing efficient cooling.
