Toastmaster TMGM36 Description
The Toastmaster TMGM36 commercial gas griddle is controlled with manual, fourth-turn gas valves, improving operator management over burner temperature. Each of the griddle's three burners has its own control, so cooks can create custom cooking zones across the griddle to fry up a variety of products simultaneously. Those burners are spaced evenly every 12 inches for an even temperature gradient.
This Toastmaster TMGM36 gas griddle's 3⁄4-inch-thick plate provides even heat distribution and an easy-to-clean surface that prevents food from sticking. A 31⁄4-inch-wide grease trough makes it easy for cooks to scrape grease and debris into the stainless steel grease drawer for streamlined removal. Along three sides of the griddle are 43⁄8-inch splashguards to help keep grease off surrounding walls, equipment, and work surfaces.
