The Toastmaster ES-6R smoker oven can be used for a variety of applications from dry baking and baking with moisture to slow cooking and smoking. The cooking temperature ranges from 25 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit with a 60-minute timer. After the cooking process, it can hold product at serving temperatures. The hold function operates from 50 to 250 degrees Fahrenheit with a 24-hour timer. The AutoMist humidity feature is adjustable, and so is the internal smoker box's intensity.
Five chrome racks accommodate five 18-inch-by-26-inch pans or (10) 18-inch-by-13-inch pans. Between each rack, there are 3.5 inches of space, so the Toastmaster ES-6R smoker oven can hold pans with various depths. A top fan is used to distribute the heat, steam, and smoke evenly throughout the cabinet. After the cooking process, the operator can vent these vapors out the top before the door is opened.
