Toastmaster ES-13L Description


With the ability to dry bake, bake with moisture, warm, slow cook, smoke, and hold, the Toastmaster ES-13L smoker oven can be used for a variety of different products. Temperatures range from 25 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit for cooking, while the hold temperatures range from 50 to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Humidity and smoke can be added into the cook cycle through the AutoMist system and internal smoke box. A fan in the top evenly distributes heat, steam, and smoke throughout the cabinet. Steam in the unit is generated by the same element that generates heat, eliminating the need for a reservoir or boiler. At the end of a cycle, heat, steam, and smoke is vented out the top of this Toastmaster ES-13L smoker oven before the door is opened.
