Its thermostat has a safety zone that shows the coolest point in the drawer, ensuring temperatures are not low enough to grow bacteria or high enough to dry out food. Food can be held in a container, 20-inch-by-12-inch-by-5-inch pan, or directly in the drawer.
The drawer slides open and closed smoothly with its third-member drawer rail, which is guided by strong bearings. Since the Toastmaster 3A80AT09 food warming drawer unit is fully insulated on all six sides, the drawer retains heat has added structure. The aluminized steel lining provides strength and resists corrosion, and the heavy-duty stainless steel exterior provides a professional look.
