eQuipped VSS2 Description


The eQuipped VSS2 sandwich and salad prep table keeps toppings and other supplies chilled between 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. R-134A refrigerant is used to maintain cool temperatures, and the evaporator fan creates a low-velocity, high-volume airflow to ensure all products are evenly cooled. Cold air stays inside the unit since the cabinet and lids are fully-insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, which also adds structural integrity.

Toppings, condiments, meats, and cheeses are stored and held in the pan rail area with (12) 16-size clear pans. With your extra storage space behind the stainless steel doors, you have two shelves that will hold up to 90 pounds of products each. These shelves are easily adjustable with the included stainless steel racking system.
