Using three infrared burners, the eQuipped CPG-SB-36 NG gas salamander broiler melts cheese, browns the tops of casseroles, and finishes steaks. Its adjustable gas valves ignite instantly with a standing pilot light design. Natural gas is used to power the broiler.
Constructed from stainless steel, the eQuipped CPG-SB-36 NG broiler is corrosion resistant. The spring-assisted broiler grid raises and lowers into multiple locking positions so users can adjust the heat intensity. This salamander broiler can be set on the countertop, on a range, or mounted on the wall with mounting brackets.
