Easing transportation for servicing or routine cleaning, the MoTak MBB-1D-27-X back bar refrigerator is situated on 3-inch swivel casters. To provide long-lasting rust and corrosion resistance, its top, ceiling, interior walls, and floor are constructed of stainless steel, and for additional durability, it has a black vinyl-coated steel exterior. This unit moves heat to the exterior with R290 refrigerant—a hydrocarbon option more environmentally friendly than traditional alternatives.
To improve visibility and ease product retrieval, the interior of the MoTak MBB-1D-27-X back bar cooler’s cabinet is illuminated with LED lighting. It’s equipped with two heavy-duty, coated shelves that can be adjusted to accommodate different items. Using a precise temperature control system, operators can adjust the temperature between 33 and 41 degrees, and its condenser coil can be conveniently accessed for cleaning and maintenance.
