Marsal SD-236 STACKED Description

To accommodate a wide heating requirement range, the Marsal SD-236 STACKED SD Slice series pizza oven's thermostats are adjustable from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheits, and both 36-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep by 7-inch-high baking chambers have separate thermostatic controls. The burner systems' left-to-right configuration heats the 112-inch-thick brick decks uniformly, while slotted side baffles guide heat toward the oven's top center. To reduce heat loss and eliminate side clearance requirements for flexible installation, this oven is insulated with ultra-high-temperature fiberglass. Below the cooking chamber opening, a 2-inch lip creates a barrier that prevents heat from escaping as doors are opened.

Both chambers in the Marsal SD-236 STACKED double-deck pizza oven accommodate two 16-inch pizzas, suiting low-volume applications. Despite its higher baking capacity, it measures 52 inches wide by 31 inches deep—the same width and depth as single-deck SD Slice models. This 66-inch-high piece is furnished with heavy-duty legs that can be adjusted to level on irregular surfaces to minimize rocking as pizzas are loaded and removed. To access the decks individually, each chamber has a correlating 7-inch-tall spring balanced door, and for longevity in commercial kitchens, this unit's stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel interior resist corrosion and are simple to wipe clean.
