Marsal SD-236 STACKED Description

Despite being a two-deck unit, this Marsal SD-236 STACKED SD Slice series pizza oven measures 52 inches wide by 21 inches deep—the same width and depth as a single-deck oven. This space-saving configuration includes two 36-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep baking chambers that can bake two 16-inch pizzas simultaneously. Each chamber has a 7-inch-tall spring-balanced door that opens and closes smoothly for streamlined pizza insertion and retrieval. For lasting corrosion and wear resistance, the exterior is made of stainless steel, while the interior has an aluminized steel construction. This 66-inch-high oven is mounted on heavy-duty legs that stabilize on uneven flooring.

Powered by LP gas, the Marsal SD-236 STACKED deck-type pizza oven's left-to-right burners disperse heat evenly. Users can adjust each section's temperature from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheits as heating requirements evolve, while the 112-inch-thick brick decks heat quickly for consecutive applications. Its slotted side baffle system pushes heat to the oven's center for even top heating. If this unit is stored in a cool ambient settings, its ultra-high-temperature fiberglass insulation preserves temperatures, and its 2-inch lip built beneath the cooking chamber opening prevents heat from escaping when doors are opened.
