Marsal SD-1048 Description
Positioned on adjustable legs, the Marsal SD-1048 pizza deck oven can be installed on uneven floors without tipping or wobbling. This 65-inch-wide by 43.25-inch-deep by 59.50-inch-high unit has one baking chamber that accommodates four 18-inch pizzas. Its spring-balanced door simplifies access to the 36-inch-wide by 48-inch-deep by 10-inch-high cooking surface. With thermostatic controls, its temperature is adjustable from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Marsal SD-1048 deck oven has an aluminized steel interior that's corrosion resistant and easy to clean. Powered by natural gas, it produces a total output of 95,000 BTUs. Made of stainless steel, the top, front, sides, and door are durable enough to handle daily use in a commercial establishment. This unit is insulated with fiberglass to retain heat end energy.
