The Crown Verity CV-MG-72NG mobile outdoor griddle is heated with 10 stainless steel burners. The burners are placed every 5.75 inches to create an even heating pattern. This unit has a griddle plate made with ⁵⁄₁₆-inch cold rolled steel. A splash guard surrounds the cooking surface to facilitate quick and easy cleaning. There is a removable stainless steel grease tray that easily slides out either side of the griddle to make cleaning after cooking easier.

The stainless steel construction of this model provides long lasting service. There is a crash bar built into the front of the unit to protect the Crown Verity CV-MG-72NG mobile outdoor griddle’s knobs from damage. The undershelf spans the bottom of the griddle to provide storage space for cooking tools. Prior to shipping, this griddle is factory technician tested to ensure the product’s quality.
