Great for large catering businesses, hotels, country clubs, and more, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-60RDP-LP mobile grill measures 69 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 36 inches high and has a 58-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep cooking surface. To prolong its service life, this weatherproof unit's body, cooking grates, burners, radiants, water pans, pilot tubes, under-shelves, legs, and fasteners are made of 304 stainless steel—a resilient, rust-resistant metal that can simply be wiped clean between uses. For additional strength, its welded unibody is positioned on angled legs. Its side handle, two 14-inch wheels, and two casters ease transportation to simplify setup at catered events.

To protect foods from outdoor contaminants, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-60RDP-LP mobile outdoor grill includes two 30-inch roll domes. When closed, these domes act like a convection oven and enhance efficiency. By using the pin-and-slide system, these domes can be removed and replaced with a griddle plate or rotisserie kit (both sold separately). This grill also includes two removable bun racks that can be raised or lowered on the cooking grates to warm buns and breads.

Powered by LP gas, this commercial outdoor grill accommodates two 20-pound propane tanks and includes a two-stage regulator and hose. With a conversion kit (sold separately), this unit can operate with natural gas. Eight burners are positioned 5.75 inches apart along its cooking surface to establish an even heating pattern that eliminates hot and cold spots. These 15,000-BTU burners can heat to temperature within 5 minutes, and each burner has a corresponding control that lets items with different cooking requirements be grilled simultaneously. Beneath the cooking surface, a front-accessible water tray contains water to eliminate flareups and add moisture to steak, chicken, or vegetables. For quick cleanup after use, this tray includes a drain port.
