Crown Verity CV-MCB-60NG Description
The Crown Verity CV-MCB-60NG mobile grill is heated with natural gas through a single connection and a 10-foot quick disconnect. The pilot burner tube system is made of stainless steel for durability. Temperatures will reach cooking heat within 5 minutes, preventing customers or guests from having to wait a long time for prepared food. Eight burners are evenly spread across the cooking surface to eliminate cold and hot spots so food will cook evenly on all areas of the cooking grate.
With its unibody design, the grill is lightweight for easy transportation but is strengthened for durability. The angled legs and undershelf add structure to the grill, while its full stainless steel construction provides durability and corrosion resistance. A pan sits beneath the cooking surface of the Crown Verity CV-MCB-60NG mobile grill and collects grease and food particles to prevent grease fires. Cleaning up after cooking is easy since the pan removes and has a built-in drain port.
