Crown Verity CV-MCB-60LP Description
The Crown Verity CV-MCB-60LP mobile grill has a cooking surface of 58 inches long by 21 inches wide. Eight burners are spread evert 5.75 inches for even heating so food cooks evenly and does not have cold or hot spots. Propane gas is used to heat the unit through a two stage regulator and hose. A tank holder on the back of the unit is able to accommodate a 20-pound propane tank. The stainless steel pilot burner tube system is heavy duty for commercial use.
Its unibody design makes the grill lightweight for easy transporting, as well as providing strength to the unit. Angled legs and the undershelf create structure for the grill. The grill is constructed from stainless steel for heavy duty use and corrosion resistance. Transporting the grill is simple thanks to the 14-inch wheels, swivel casters that can lock, and the built-in handle on the end. The Crown Verity CV-MCB-60LP mobile grill has a pan that collects grease and food particles to help prevent grease fires and to make cleaning up simple.
