Crown Verity CV-MCB-48NG Description
The Crown Verity CV-MCB-48NG mobile grill has an undershelf and angled legs that create sturdiness in the unit. Its unibody design also provides stability, while making the grill lightweight for easy mobility. Wheels and swivel casters allows for easy movement of the grill; you can control where the unit goes with the bolted-on handle on one side. Since the unit is almost entirely constructed from 304 series stainless steel, it has durability and corrosion resistance.
A water pan collects grease and food debris to prevent grease fires and includes a drain port for easy clean up. Six burners are spaced evenly across the grill surface to evenly cook your product, and temperatures can be reached within 5 minutes. A durable, stainless steel pilot burner tube system uses natural gas to heat the grill. The cooking surface of the Crown Verity CV-MCB-48NG mobile grill measures 46 inches long by 21 inches wide.
