With its 70-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep cooking surface, the Crown Verity CV-RCB-72RWP-SI-BULK Pro Series mobile outdoor grill is lined with 15,000-BTU burners every 5.75 inches. The 10 burners heat up within 5 minutes for quick, impromptu use; the unit's stainless steel burners are locked in place to minimize shifting when the unit is transported, so operators can have consistent results over time. Along one side of the cooking surface, a wind guard protects foods from outdoor breezes, while a roll dome on the other side diversifies cooking methods, enabling users to smoke and slow cook products.

Made of durable stainless steel, the Crown Verity CV-RCB-72RWP-SI-BULK outdoor grill withstands long-term exposure to outdoor environments because it resists corrosion. Designed to be transported to accommodate venue needs, it's supported with two 14-inch wheels that facilitate movement, and its two total-lock casters secure it in place. When the unit is locked in place, users can place frequently used items on the undershelf. Overall, this unit measures 81 inches wide by 28¹⁄₂ inches deep to accommodate many different foods at a time. It's designed to be used with bulk propane, so it doesn't need to be supplied with 20-pound to 100-pound tanks.
