Crown Verity CV-RCB-72RWP 70" Mobile Gas Commercial Outdoor Grill w/ Roll Dome, Liquid Propane

To diversify cooking methods and protect foods from outdoor exposure, the Crown Verity CV-RCB-72RWP commercial outdoor mobile grill is equipped with a roll dome on one side of the cooking surface and a wind guard on the other. Both components are built into the 70-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep cooking surface; the roll dome can be raised or lowered with its front handle. Stainless steel burners are built into the cooking surface every 5.75 inches to create an even heat pattern, reducing cold spot risk. For consistent results, its 16-gauge stainless steel radiants are locked in place so they don't slide when the unit is moved.

The Crown Verity CV-RCB-72RWP mobile grill is made of stainless steel to withstand long-term use in outdoor environments and resist corrosion from humidity. Overall, it measures 81 inches wide by 28¹⁄₂ inches deep and is equipped with two 14-inch wheels, as well as crash bars on the front and side, so it can be repositioned as needed. Its two casters lock it in place, reducing user injury risk during operation. To streamline organization, its rear built-in tank holder holds 20-pound LP gas tanks and its undershelf is an accessible space to store frequently used utensils, condiments, and dishware.
