For mobility, the Crown Verity CV-RCB-48-SI50/100 gas outdoor grill is fitted with two 14-inch wheels and two total-lock casters. Crash bars on the ends and front protect the unit if it collides during transport, and to resist rust and corrosion, it's made of durable stainless steel. For smooth steering and maneuverability, it has a lightweight unibody design. Its undershelf provides room to store cooking utensils and supplies; a tank holder behind the shelf accommodates 50- to 100-pound tanks.

The Crown Verity CV-RCB-48-SI50/100 mobile commercial grill measures 56 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 36 inches high. To cook burgers on one side and steak on the other, the 46-inch by 21-inch cooking surface includes six individually controlled burners. The burners are operated with a pilot burner tube system at a total output of 99,000 BTUs, and the unit is powered using LP gas.
