Powered by LP gas, the Crown Verity CV-RCB-48RDP-SI50/100 commercial outdoor grill accommodates 50- to 100-pound tanks, and the burners generate 99,000 BTUs in total. To protect the grill from environmental conditions, its dome cover can be rolled down after use. Using a pilot burner tube system, the six burners are controlled individually to cook multiple foods at the same time. This unit is positioned on two 14-inch wheels and two total-lock casters; to safeguard the grill during transport, it has crash bars on each end, as well as above and below the control knobs.

The Crown Verity CV-RCB-48RDP-SI50/100 mobile gas outdoor grill has a strong, lightweight unibody design and is constructed of durable, rust-resistant stainless steel. Its undershelf is useful for holding supplies and cooking utensils. The water pans include drain ports to reduce the risk of grease fire and streamline cleaning.
