Crown Verity CV-MCB-72-SI-BULK-RGP Description
To endure environments where it will experience rigorous use, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-72-SI-BULK-RGP outdoor charbroiler is constructed of 304 stainless steel; this metal is durable, corrosion resistant, and easy to clean. For additional strength, its radiants are made of 16-gauge stainless steel, and the grill features a lightweight, sturdy unibody design. It comes with a Pro Griddle Package and its roll dome can be used to enclose the grill's cooking surface when it's not being used.
Featuring a pilot burner tube system, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-72-SI-BULK-RGP mobile grill operates with LP gas and has a total output of 159,000 BTUs. A built-in undershelf offers space to store utensils and other equipment, and its water pan reduces the risk of grease fires. This mobile unit is equipped with two 14-inch wheels and two casters with locks to secure the grill in place. The gas hookup supplies included with this model are designed to be used to hook up the grill to bulk propane.
