Resilient to support heavy-duty use, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-72-SI50/100-RGP outdoor charbroiler is made of 304 stainless steel—a rust-resistant metal that's simple to clean. It features a unibody design for additional durability and its tank holder accommodates 50- to 100-pound tanks. Operating with a pilot burner tube system, it's powered by LP gas and has a total output of 159,000 BTUs. Overall, this unit measures 81 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 53 inches high.
The Crown Verity CV-MCB-72-SI50/100-RGP mobile grill is built with an undershelf to keep grilling supplies and accessories within close reach. It comes with a roll dome, protecting the cooking surface after hours from rain or other inclement weather. This cooking surface measures 70 inches wide by 21 inches deep and is equipped with 10 burners to support high-volume applications.
