Operating with a pilot burner tube system, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-72-SI50/100 outdoor charbroiler is powered by LP gas. Its tank holder supports 50- to 100-pound tanks and its built-in undershelf offers space to store grilling necessities within reach. It features 10 burners to support high-volume use; they're constructed of 16-gauge stainless steel, so they're durable and simple to clean. The unit's remainder is made of 304 stainless steel, which has excellent resistance to rust and corrosion.
Mounted on 14-inch wheels and two total-lock casters, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-72-SI50/100 mobile grill can be transported and secured in place comfortably when needed. It includes a water pan with a drain port to expedite cleaning and reduce the risk of grease fire. Also included are a 5131 gas hose and a two-stage regulator. This unit measures 81 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 36 inches high, overall.
