The grill also includes a wind guard and a roll dome, protecting its surface from environmental contamination. Its unibody structure is durable and lightweight, while its stainless steel construction is ideal for high-volume venues; this metal has excellent resistance to rust and corrosion, and it's simple to clean.
Equipped with 10 burners, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-72RWP-NG mobile grill's cooking surface measures 70 inches wide by 21 inches deep. Its radiants are made of 16-gauge stainless steel, supporting rigorous use as well as repeated heating and cooling. It's built with an undershelf, providing space to store accessories and supplies within comfortable reach. This unit is powered by natural gas, operating with a pilot burner tube system, and has a total output of 159,000 BTUs.
