Around three sides of the Crown Verity CV-MCB-60-SI-BULK-WGP mobile charbroiler's grill area, a 30-inch wind guard protects foods from wind or rain, reducing heat loss. The grill measures 58 inches wide by 21 inches deep, providing ample space to cook high volumes of food. A stainless steel burner is implemented every 5.75 inches, so there is even heat distribution to reduce cold spot risk. Its 16-gauge stainless steel radiants are secured in place, so they don't shift during transport, ensuring a direct line of heat toward the grill's surface.
This 304 stainless steel Crown Verity CV-MCB-60-SI-BULK-WGP mobile grill withstands common wear from long-term outdoor exposure. Such a metal resists rust and corroding, so it maintains its original appearance over time. Users can transport the unit on its two 14-inch wheels and its two lock casters secure it in place.
