Crown Verity CV-MCB-60-SI-BULK-RWP Description
The Crown Verity CV-MCB-60-SI-BULK-RWP mobile outdoor charbroiler includes a roll dome and a wind guard to improve cooking methods while protecting foods from inclement weather. Its roll dome features a front handle for user accessibility, and the wind guard is built onto three sides of the cooking surface. As with the rest of the unit, these components are made of 304 stainless steel—a durable metal that resists corrosion, maintaining its initial appearance over time. Beneath the grill, its rigid undershelf can hold additional products for versatile organization. For mobility, it's equipped with two 14-inch wheels on the end of its legs; two locking casters stabilize it in place during operation.
Measuring 58 inches wide by 21 inches deep, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-60-SI-BULK-RWP charbroiler's cooking surface is heated with eight burners. Each burner is spaced 5.75 inches apart from the others to reduce cold spot risk and emits 15,000 BTU, so the unit can heat up within 5 minutes. The stainless steel pilot burner tube system supplies LP gas to the unit; a hose and regulator are included. It's designed to be hooked up to a bulk propane tank instead of smaller 20-pound to 100-pound tanks. Overall, this unit has a 69-inch-wide by 28-inch-deep by 66-inch-high structure.
