For versatility, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-60-SI-BULK-RGP mobile outdoor charbroiler's grill area has a griddle construction. It measures 58 inches wide by 21 inches deep and is lined with a stainless steel burner every 5.75 inches for uniform heating. Stainless steel radiants are secured in place to direct heat toward the grates and they don't shift during transport. A roll dome closes on top of the grill area, cooking products slowly for desired results. It can also protect against wind and rain if needed.
The Crown Verity CV-MCB-60-SI-BULK-RGP commercial charbroiler is made of 304 stainless steel—this resists corrosion and rust in humid environments. Beneath the grill, its undershelf accommodates frequently used products for accessibility. For transport, two 14-inch wheels are built onto its legs; users can push this unit with its side handle. Its two casters lock it in place during operation to reduce injury risk. Overall, this unit measures 69 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 66 inches high, and it's designed for use with bulk propane.
