Crown Verity CV-MCB-60-SI-BULK-RDP Description
To accommodate slow-cooking applications and protect foods from outside breezes, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-60-SI-BULK-RDP mobile commercial outdoor charbroiler includes two roll domes. Their front handles provide a secure grip for users when pulling down or pushing up the dome. This unit has a 304 stainless steel construction to defend against corrosion for long-term environmental exposure, maintaining its original appearance over time. To reposition the grill for efficient cleaning, two 14-inch wheels are built onto the bottom of its legs and two casters lock it in place. Overall, it measures 69 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 66 inches high.
The Crown Verity CV-MCB-60-SI-BULK-RDP outdoor charbroiler has a 58-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep grill area to support high volumes of food. It's heated with eight burners—each is spaced out 5.75 inches to ensure even heat distribution, reducing cold spots. A bun rack built into this unit grants space for users to toast hotdog and hamburger buns prior to serving them. Beneath the cooking space, an undershelf is available for conveneint storage of cooking utensils and other supplies. This model is designed to be used with bulk propane instead of 20-pound, 50-pound, or 100-pound tanks.
