Its built-in bun rack provides a space for users to toast buns lightly prior to serving. The 58-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep grill area is heated by eight burners—each is spaced 5.75 inches apart for even heating. To prevent their shifting during transportation, the stainless steel radiants are secured in place to produce uniform results over time.

It's made of 304 stainless steel—a sturdy metal that resists corroding in humid environments to maintain its initial structure over time. This unit measures 69 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 66 inches high and can be moved on its two 14-inch wheels. Its two locking casters are used to park it in place, ensuring it doesn't move during operation.
