For mobile applications, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-60-SI50/100-RDP mobile charbroiler includes two 14-inch wheels; its two total-lock casters secure it in place during operation. Measuring 69 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 66 inches high, it provides ample space to cook myriad foods simultaneously. Its 58-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep grill area is lined with stainless steel burners every 5.75 inches for uniform heat distribution. A bun rack integrated into the unit toasts hotdog and hamburger buns prior to serving.
The Crown Verity CV-MCB-60-SI50/100-RDP outdoor charbroiler accommodates gas tanks weighing as much as 100 pounds on its undershelf to streamline organization. In order for the unit to endure exposure to inclement weather for long periods of time, it's made of sturdy 304 stainless steel that resists corrosion and rust. A roll dome is integrated onto the grills and can be pulled down to slow cook vegetables and meats. An included water pan also enables gentle cooking and can help reduce grease fire risk.
