A stainless steel burner integrated every 5.75 inches on the Crown Verity CV-MCB-60RWP-NG mobile charbroiler's cooking surface creates even heat distribution. Heated by natural gas, each burner emits 15,000 BTU per hour for effective results; gas is supplied to the burners by the stainless steel pilot burner tube system. The 58-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep cooking surface can heat up within 5 minutes to support spontaneous use. Around the grill perimeter, a built-in wind guard protects food from breezes that could impact heat distribution; a 30-inch roll dome can be pulled down and pushed up as needed to slow cook vegetables and meats.
Designed for outdoor restaurants or event venues, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-60RWP-NG commercial charbroiler is equipped with two 14-inch wheels for mobility. Its two locking casters secure it in place for user safety during operation. To withstand long-term outdoor use, it has a 304 stainless steel construction, resisting corrosion and withstanding high-volume applications. Users can store additional products on the sturdy undershelf to streamline organization; implementing the included water pan into grilling applications can diversify cooking methods while decreasing grease fire risk.
