Crown Verity CV-MCB-60RGP-NG Description
Equipped with a griddle cooking surface, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-60RGP-NG mobile outdoor charbroiler cooks various products, from eggs to hamburgers. The 58-inch-long by 21-inch-deep grill area provides ample space to cook different foods at one time; stainless steel burners implemented every 5.75 inches create an even heat pattern for uniform heat distribution. A stainless steel pilot burner tube system supplies the burners with natural gas. To prevent heat loss when exposed to wind, its roll dome is integrated on top of the unit, protecting foods from stray winds.
The Crown Verity CV-MCB-60RGP-NG mobile charbroiler's 304 series stainless steel construction resists corrosion when exposed to humid environments, supporting long-term outdoor use. For mobility, it's supported by two 14-inch wheels, and its two locked casters secure it in place during operation. Beneath the cooking surface, users can stow away frequently used products on the undershelf, and a tank holder secures natural gas cylinders in place for organizational and functional purposes. To accommodate mobile, high-volume applications, it measures 69 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 66 inches high.
