Powered by natural gas, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-60-1RDP-NG commercial outdoor charbroiler has a total output of 129,000 BTUs. A rear tank holder accommodates 20-pound tanks, and the undershelf can be used to hold cooking tools, supplies, and equipment. To streamline cleaning of the water pan, it comes with a drain port, reducing the risk of grease fires. Its 58-inch by 21-inch grill area can be used to prepare chicken and steak on a restaurant patio or outdoor dining area. Each of the six burners have individual controls, enabling multiple foods to cook at once.
The Crown Verity CV-MCB-60-1RDP-NG mobile gas charbroiler includes a 60-inch roll dome that covers the cooking surface for protection when it's not in use. Enabling employees to relocate the charbroiler, it's positioned on two 14-inch wheels and two casters with locks to secure it. Able to withstand high-volume use, this unit is made of durable stainless steel.
