Crown Verity CV-MCB-48-SI-BULK-RDP Description
Offering storage space for cooking tools and supplies, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-48-SI-BULK-RDP outdoor charbroiler is equipped with an undershelf. To protect the grill surface, it includes a dome cover, and its lightweight unibody design provides durability. Reducing the risk of grease fire, the water pan includes a drain port to remove water and simplify cleaning. Able to cook multiple foods at once, the 46-inch by 21-inch cooking area has six burners with individual controls. The burners are operated with a pilot burner tube system and a total BTU output of 99,000.
The Crown Verity CV-MCB-48-SI-BULK-RDP mobile gas commercial charbroiler has an all stainless steel construction that resists rusting, corroding, scratching, and denting. Casters and 14-inch wheels are mounted to the bottom of sturdy angled legs to provide mobility, and locks on two of the casters stabilize the unit so it doesn't roll while employees cook. This unit measures 56 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 53 inches high.
