The Crown Verity CV-MCB-48-SI50/100-PKG mobile gas outdoor charbroiler's radiants are made of 16-gauge stainless steel, supporting heavy use and streamlining cleaning. For durability, the remainder of the unit is made of 304 stainless steel, suiting it for repeated commercial use. Featuring a lightweight unibody design, this charbroiler is simple for employees to maneuver. Its angled legs are positioned on 14-inch wheels and two locking casters. This unit is powered with LP gas and accommodates 50- to 100-pound tanks.
Enabling users to cook burgers, steaks, and seafood at the same time, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-48-SI50/100-PKG commercial outdoor charbroiler has six individually controlled burners and a 46-inch by 21-inch cooking surface. Overall, the unit measures 56 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 53 inches high. Because it's designed for outdoor use, it comes with a roll dome and cover to offer protection against the elements. The water pan is equipped with a drain port to streamline cleaning and reduce the risk of grease fires.
