To reduce the risk of grease fires and ease cleaning, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-48-SI50/100 commercial outdoor charbroiler's water pan is equipped with a drain port. The strong angled legs are attached to two 14-inch wheels and two casters to facilitate mobility, and to prevent rolling while users are cooking, the casters are fitted with locks. It's powered by LP gas, and for continuous use, the unit accommodates 50- to 100-pound tanks. Operated with a pilot burner tube system, the six burners are controlled individually to cook various foods at once.
The Crown Verity CV-MCB-48-SI50/100 mobile gas charbroiler has a unibody design that's strong and lightweight, making it simple for employees to maneuver during transport. Ensuring it can handle daily use on a restaurant patio or outdoor dining area, it's made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel for durability. This unit's undershelf can be used to hold supplies, condiments, and other necessities, and overall, the charbroiler measures 56 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 36 inches high.
