Designed for outdoor use, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-36RDP-LP mobile charbroiler runs on LP gas. This piece of equipment's grill area measures 34 inches by 21 inches and has five burners. For durability, its exterior and grill are constructed of simple-to-clean stainless steel. Its radiants absorb and radiate the burners' heat before moving it toward the cooking surface. Because the unit has radiants, it's simple to maintain and clean.
Operators can close the Crown Verity CV-MCB-36RDP-LP commercial charbroiler's roll dome when to protect product from bacteria and debris. This piece of equipment's bun rack can hold extra product, while the undershelf is optimal for holding additional supplies. The charbroiler comes with a hose and regulator. Its legs have two 14-inch wheels and two lock casters, enabling mobile applications.
