Crown Verity CV-MCB-30WGP-LP Description
The Crown Verity CV-MCB-30WGP-LP mobile gas outdoor charbroiler has four burners, each with adjustable controls to cook multiple types of food at once. It's powered by LP gas and operates using a pilot burner tube system. To streamline cleaning and reduce the risk of grease fire, the water pans have drain ports to facilitate water removal. This unit's back has a tank holder that secures 20-pound propane tanks. For safety purposes, it's equipped with 30-inch wind guards that protect against flame spread.
A durable, lightweight unit, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-30WGP-LP commercial charbroiler has a unibody design. It's constructed of stainless steel, making it durable and resistant to rust and corrosion. Enduring rigorous use as well as repeated heating and cooling, the radiants also have a 16-gauge stainless steel construction. Providing mobility on a patio or outdoor dining area, it's positioned on two 14-inch wheels and two total lock casters.
