Equipped with a 28-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep grill area, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-30RDP-NG mobile outdoor charboiler uses four burners to evenly grill foods. Protecting foods from outdoor elements and reducing heat loss, a roll dome is built onto the charbroiler. The grill has a stainless steel construction to resist corrosion and withstand high-volume use. For gentle, soft results, users can implement the included water pan to lower the unit’s temperature for slow cooking.
The Crown Verity CV-MCB-30RDP-NG charbroiler is designed for mobile applications and includes two 14-inch wheels and two total-lock casters for streamlined movement and parking. Its body has a stainless steel construction, while its metallic color helps disguise dents and scratches. Measuring 38 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 53 inches high overall, this unit includes an undershelf for additional storage.
