Designed to be installed in a single outlet under sinks and sensor faucets in residential or commercial applications, the Zurn 38-ZW3870XLT Aqua-Gard® thermostatic mixing valve can help minimize the risk of scalding. It uses a mixture of hot and cold water from the distribution source to create temperatures between 95 and 115 degrees Fahrenheit, and its rapid response and precise temperature control help prevent burns. Because its body is made of low-lead cast bronze with nickel plating, it complies with lead-free plumbing requirements.
