Evo 10-0340-40E Description
The Evo Elevation 10-0340-40E electric griddle offers edge-to-edge cooking with variable temperatures ranging from 200 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Designed with Smart Heat Technology™, it maximizes heat recovery while cooking. A resistive touch screen display provides user-selectable preset temperatures, and the unit includes two programmable presets for quick adjustments. Its steel griddle plate measures 40 inches wide by 281⁄2 inches deep with a thickness of 3⁄4 inch, ensuring even heat distribution.
The Evo 10-0340-40E griddle features an automatic idle mode to conserve energy during low-use periods. Adjustable 4-inch legs enable simple cleaning beneath the unit. It requires a Type 1 commercial exhaust hood and a minimum clearance of 2 inches on the sides and back for ventilation.
