The Convotherm OES6.10ETMINI combi-oven unit requires little space and fits on almost any countertop. This model has an easyTouch digital control panel where the operator has full control of the oven’s temperature, time, core probe, cookbook, and cooking modes. Steam is created with an injection spritzer, and the oven is electric.
The oven operates in many different cooking modes, which promotes flexibility for increased productivity and expanded menus. Along with the hot air, steam, and combi modes, the Convotherm OES6.10ETMINI combi-oven features a retherm mode that reheat pre-cooked food and a Delta-T setting that uses the core temperature probe to measure the food’s core and adjust the oven temperature depending on the reading.
