The Convotherm C4 ET 6.20ES full-size combi oven runs on electricity and doesn't require a hood because it's ventless. This full-size oven can fit six full-size sheet pans on the seven built-in slide rails and features four available cooking modes including steam, combi steam, hot air, and rethermalizing. Combi-steam functionality provides automatic humidity adjustment for precise texture and flavor. Optimized heat transfer ensures foods are cooked evenly and quickly. Commonly touched areas of this unit feature enhanced antimicrobial surfaces that reduce cross contamination. The 9-inch touchscreen control panel enables users to access dozens of functions and includes topic-based support videos to inform trainees. Combi ovens can poach, roast, broil, steam, bake, and more. Operators can combine steaming and hot-air cooking to achieve an appetizing appearance with little shrinkage and high yield.
The boilerless design of the Convotherm C4 ET 6.20ES electric combi oven uses less energy and requires less deliming than boiler-style units.
